The most complex sequence of Vinyasa flow is Sun Salutation. A very simple example of Vinyasa flow is the cat-cow stretch. The main part of the Vinyasa yoga is its synchronization with the breathing process, which acts as an anchor while going from one pose to another. In vinyasa flow classes the sequence may be definite and in the same order as done in Ashtanga while many Yoga teachers of Vinyasa teaches the poses of the yoga in their own ways. As the Hatha Yoga classes usually focus on only one pose at a time whereas Vinyasa Yoga poses a sequence of postures. Vinyasa Flow Classes is always contrary to Hatha Yoga Classes. Sun Salutations is always an integral part of the Vinyasa Flow. Short breathing and meditation techniques are the most important feature of Vinyasa Flow Classes. In Vinyasa Yoga, the main focus is on breathing as one move from one posture to another. Whether the flow of vinyasa yoga is fast or slow, accentuation is based on the frit of the body and breath movements and sequences. The style of Vinyasa flow yoga is inherited from the Iyengar yoga and Ashtanga Yoga methods with a variable style, pace, and intensity. Vinyasa yoga is a sebaceous and unbroken process consists of a sequence of continuous movements of postures. Vinyasa Yoga comprises of various types of yoga like Power Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. Vinyasa class usually follows a certain sequence of yogic postures, initiating from Chaturanga to Upward facing to downward facing. Jivamukti, Power Yoga, Ashtanga, Prana Flow, and Baptiste Yoga are the parts of Vinyasa Yoga. The Vinyasa Yoga can be known as the class of yoga in which the yoga students adjust their breathing flow with the movement from one position to another.
